If he hadnt defacto-supported Hillary after it was clear that Trump was the nominee, I would think differently of him, at least in regard to talking about credibility.
I dont think just because it was clear that Trump was the nominee of the Republican Party, Donald Trump deserved our undying loyalty. He earned that by making the right promises and KEEPING them. And that is when Mark Levin came back from the dark side.
If Levin was back and forth about it, or said one thing and did another, like a Lindsey Graham, then Id agree with you.
But he hasnt flip flopped one bit. He just saw Trump in action, changed his mind, and climbed aboard the Trump Train. He has been a rock solid supporter of the President ever since.
I know lots of people who voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016, and now they are voting for President Trump. Should I shun them for being wrong before, or admire them for having the strength and courage to change their hearts and speak out about it.
Because it does take strength and courage to admit see you were wrong and change your heart.
I went back and forth on Trump during the campaign, at first, I thought he was just running as a publicity stunt.
“I dont think just because it was clear that Trump was the nominee of the Republican Party, Donald Trump deserved our undying loyalty.”
Well, how did YOU want the 2016 election to end?
