The world does NOT need more divorces, agreed. But decisive immediate consequences in some public marriages, will likely have some positive chilling effect on adulterous behavior. Plus, his live would have been better (in my opinion - he’s entitled to have his own).
It’s not often there’s a legitimate reason for it.
Of course, it’s their choice.

I’ve seen people get divorced for all kinds of reasons, and typically its not infidelity. I think what most people really need is to be more careful about who and why they marry.
