Ripe for a cash speculator.
My grandpop (rest his soul) used to tell how big money bought a lot of buildings in town during the Great Depression. All at fire-sale prices.
At the time, it was mostly local lawyers & bankers - they went on to become multi-millionaires, powerful politicians & judges, etc.
Fast-forward to today, and instead of the locals buying up the town, think of globalists buying up the cities.
