I was going to say this is generational thing. Many older acquaintances of mine still use the term “colored”. I can absolutely see why blacks would consider that term to be offensive. But my older acquaintances mean no disrespect. Like I said, it’s a generational thing.

But wait. This Cornell guy is only 26 years old. So for him it’s not a generational thing. It a gross stupidity thing. I don’t know if I’d want a grossly stupid person working for me.

Yes, it was classless to call her colored, he should have just called her Willie’s whore.

If they could just stick to describing people by their character, accomplishments, etc., instead of their race, gender, etc., that would make more sense. But it doesn’t go with their identity politics.
