I heard the mortgage rate is 2%???? That is crazy..That’s from the 1960’s..My parents bought a house in the 70’s and that was 5%....

2.375% for a 10 year mortgage; 2.5% for a 15 year mortgage at Gate City Bank in Fargo, ND. My adjustable rate will change from 4.125% to 2.375% next month.

My parents financed their house in Fargo in about 1946 for about 3%.

Yes, mortgage rates are very low but unfortunately, so are interest rates for insured saving accounts.
