Utah has 58 people in hospital from “covid” (or whatever). I doubt any are children. Governor Gary Herbert (R) is term limited, and will be out of office in January, so I doubt anybody will go to the trouble of taking him to court. Republican Spencer Cox currently leads in the Utah governor's race. Hope he's not as dumb as Herbert.
