This script is well-known to the press.
It’s the same process used in General Flynn’s case.
Reporters knew the process because every step of it was leaked to them over the last 3 years.
But reporters who rely on clicks for a paycheck can’t help but keep their followers in suspense by implying that the process is unknown.

A couple times a month, they’ll publish an article expressing the fear that perhaps no one will be held accountable.
If people like me who have no access to government sources knew two years ago the cabal would be prosecuted, the press knew it, too.
If they didn’t, they’re incompetent.
It’s kabuki theater.
They manipulate your emotions to keep you following the story and clicking their links.”
