Q Kayleigh, back — back to Goodyear for a second. Set the issue of the Beast aside. When the President says, “Don’t buy Goodyear tires. Get better tires for far less,” is he imploring that to his supporters? Or is that the official policy of the U.S. federal government that the President has directed, saying, “Do not buy Goodyear tires going forward”?

Dumbass of the day.

Goodyear is a manufacturing entity not part of the Federal government. Their management has freedom of speech, they can apply the work rules they think appropriate for that work place, but they are NOT immune from criticism for the wrongful application of rules, or bias in applying those rules. Should there be a complaint, there may be legal implications as well, but that is not a formality which has presented yet.
