Sheesh....
You nailed it, acting on any of these self proclaimed experts advice thats being tossed about is only impressing themselves & is fuitile and only wasting more time on a defective product.
If it was a brand new car would it be analyzed and troubleshot at home,NFW it would be back to the dealer ASAP.
Same thing here.

1) Skip Tech support as their job is to keep you from taking it back while wasting another day
2) Take it back yesterday
