Oddly you are wrong. Dependent on the aircraft you will have total exchange of cabin air 12 to 15 times an hour and the new air introduced into the cabin will go through a hepa filter. The guy or girl sitting next to you may make you sick but the air coming into the cabin will not.
You are in much more danger in your office.
