Hmmm, interesting question.
Are we talking about the most irritating, the most persistent, or the most effective.
Just off the top of my head, and with those categories in mind, I'll go with;
Jack Black (very skilled troll, smart, good technique, a formidable foe).
romanesque (persistent, professional, but none too bright to the point of goofiness).
and....ummmm....
Fungus (dirty and irritating. not much substance. easily handled).
Too many honorable mentions to list.
When this is all over, we must give out awards for trolls as well as our own awesome selves.
