Austin ranked #1 for highest percentage in murders in the USA for the first 6 months of the year - and they have just defunded the police.

Texas Gov Abbott says yesterday they introduced a law where cities in Texas that defund the police will lose all the monies from tax revenue from property taxes. they will thus Defund cities.
