I hear Jill also. He’s been slurring his words badly for over a year now and they run together as he often drops the consonants at the end of words. It’s faint, so I understand how others are hearing “Joe”.

I went back and listened. For some reason I only got a partial of the video and I think it might have been a slurred Jill, too.
