I went to a restaurant today and saw a waitress I see often. She is completely broken out on her face and I think it’s from the mask because the liver is working overtime to filter the toxins out that you’re breathing in. Your body is supposed to EXPEL toxins with your breath. If they’re getting trapped in a mask then inhaled back into your body, you’re setting yourself up for complete physical failure.
