Because surfing and laying on the beach is allowed. Beach is closed to commercial activities right now. Do some research on it.

I don’t feel the need to do research on that issue. I have plenty of other things that are more important to research, and Hawaii’s rules and regulations during the CCP virus just aren’t near the top of my heap.
Also, it just struck me as strange. The woman in the video kept saying that the beach was closed, so to an outside observer (me), it seemed weird to walk past the others.
You live in Hawaii? If so, please stay there, and stay out of the United States. I hope after the war, we can give your little archipelago its independence.
