3 kids and hubby are all lefties. Not one of them can use scissors properly.

Lefty, 3 older rights siblings. They tried to give me left-handed scissors in kindergarten and quickly discovered that I did just fine with the regular ones I grew up with.
As I type this on my smartphone, I am tapping letters out with my right index finger. Always have had more dexterity there.

your scissors are probably for right handed people.
Scissors are not made correctly for lefties. My sister had/has special ones.
In my family there are two left handers, a brother and sister. Technically my brother is ambidextrous.
None of my parents’ grandchildren are left-handed. Neither of our parents was left-handed. We think one of our grandparents was left-handed, but was forced to change by school or parents.
I know the pain of scissors being left-handed.
Im left handed though I bat, golf and pee right handed.
I learned long ago not to try to use a regular scissors with my left hand, especially during Christmas wrapping season. It is painful!
I use the scissors right handed. If your folks cant do this, buy them left handed scissors! Otherwise, it is cruel and unusual punishment!
