FWIW, I’m liking my Misen. It’s my go to for pretty much most of my cooking.
Or, take the dive and get some carbon steel. They don’t cost much and are supposed to do a great job with minimal care.
I havent used any Misen cookware but it seems like a good alternative to All-Clad. They direct market and cut out the middle men. On the other hand, All-Clad helps to keep retailers in business.
