We are spending over $6T on "fighting" COVID-19, and there is still no end in sight. For a helluva lot less money, HCQ doses could have been distributed to every American and NOT shut down the economy.
Even if it was voluntary for essential workers, first responders, etc. widespread HCQ distribution would be LESS RISKY than the crap we're forced to endure now.
