Because the level of the derp state takedown is promised to be 'Biblical' in nature. They know what they are and they know what they have to lose. Q knows it, those who follow Q know it.

This propaganda is intended to convince the people that not only does Q not exist, but the derp state does not exist.

The more they talk about it, the more real it becomes to 'polite society'. This was always the trap.

That's why they ignored it for so long. But today a reporter asked President Trump about it. He ignored it, rather than ending Q with a word.
