Court Procedures, at any time after a probable cause hearing, if one can afford a private attorney to represent you one may do so.The attorney may petition the court for a bond hearing at which time the judge may or may not grant the subject a bond, the judge can also set the amount of the bond and the conditions for the bond. The next step is the arraignment. This is where the subject is formally charged. The charges are read, the subject enters a plea, and the defendant can request that the State present enough evidence to establish it has a prima facie case. Next is motions, jury selection, and trials
I do not recall the officer producing a warrant and reading the warrant in its entirety. I presume the warrant would have specific information (date, time, place what was stolen, etc.) and I also presume the warrant would not be vague (burglary). Of course, we do not know if the video was edited.
I don’t like to be played by the left or right, but in the past few years according to what I have witnessed, laws have not been equally applied, IMHO.
Also, there is recent documentary evidence which is testimony by police officials, that rioters and looters are being arrested, but are not being prosecuted.
