Before one is arrested for burglary, you would expect the police to give them some kind of notice, maybe a phone call, a registered letter, an email or telegram.

To the best of my knowledge4 General Flynn never indicated he wanted legal counsel. He agreed to talk to the FBI without benefit of legal counsel.

Well sport, Comey acknowledged the agents told him he didn't need counsel, that it was just a soft chat.

There was no reason Flynn, or anyone could see (at the time) for him to have counsel.

I hope you understood that's the way it was, and that you weren't implying Flynn was being reckless, or dumb.

There's a huge distance between him as an example, and this peculiar case for this woman.

Pardon me, but what happens all the time? And, what can I do? I have been remarking on this thread quite a bit, and do not have the context of your remarks. Thanks,

No, I believe that Flynn was a honest man and and until proven different, considered everyone honest also. As did Randy Weaver. They were both wrong and history shows what it cost them. The Federal Government is the biggest gang of liars, murders, and thieves ever known to mankind since the Garden of Eden. Particularly the FBI though I fully understand Sean Hannidity worships the ground where they urinate upon.

Should a FBI agent approaches you and says "Good Morning, how are you?" if you value your freedom your better not acknowledge him/her and seek legal counsel. Even the simplest of questions and most innocent answer such as,"When you had your morning coffee, how many spoons of sugar did you use? When in fact, you used two, that is lying to the FBI and you just won an all expense paid 10 year vacation to one of their resorts. Don't believe it? Give it a try.

Got it, recorded it, will upload to UGETube later. Brings many loose strings together. Leaves out crucial bits of foundations. Foundations roles are big component.

No time for fear, need to absorb, know one’s place and be prepared to participate and sacrifice to take this scum out.

Thank you for posting.

There are two types of arrests: Arrest by warrant and probable cause arrest. They are further broken down to felony and misdemeanor. For an arrest by warrant the Officer swears that the facts are true, lists the facts, takes it to the judge to be signed. The judge reads and reviews the warrant and approves it and signs it, or he denies stating his/her reason or reasons for denying it. Then the Officer either goes and meets the subject face to face and serves the warrant by reading the warrant in its entirety and places the subject in custody. And transports him/her to jail where she/he is booked into jail and questioned. After questioning and returning him/her to their cells, the Officer completes his report and forwards it to the State Attorney for further disposition.Within 24 hours of the arrest, the subject is brought before a judge usually on closed circuit t.v. the subject is read the accusations against them. Asked if they understand the charges, asked if they have a lawyer, asked if they can afford a lawyer, set a court date and returned to jail/

Court Procedures, at any time after a probable cause hearing, if one can afford a private attorney to represent you one may do so.The attorney may petition the court for a bond hearing at which time the judge may or may not grant the subject a bond, the judge can also set the amount of the bond and the conditions for the bond. The next step is the arraignment. This is where the subject is formally charged. The charges are read, the subject enters a plea, and the defendant can request that the State present enough evidence to establish it has a prima facie case. Next is motions, jury selection, and trials

I do not recall the officer producing a warrant and reading the warrant in its entirety. I presume the warrant would have specific information (date, time, place what was stolen, etc.) and I also presume the warrant would not be vague (burglary). Of course, we do not know if the video was edited.

I don’t like to be played by the left or right, but in the past few years according to what I have witnessed, laws have not been equally applied, IMHO.

Also, there is recent documentary evidence which is testimony by police officials, that rioters and looters are being arrested, but are not being prosecuted.

Are you telling me she can be arrested with out charges being filed? Now, that is scary.

I think that was your question.

Yes you can be arrested without charges being filed against you. They will be filed but they have to go down the paper work trail. Within 24 hours after your arrest, you will see a judge. They will review the facts and make a decision. They are a number of programs about this on you tube should you wish to enhance your knowledge,

Thank you. So really, the policeman was being exceptionally nice. He did not need to tell her anything, just that she is under arrest.

He did not. She was arrested per Grand Jury indictment, not a warrant. His Department probably gat a notice from the head of the Grand Jury [ the State Attorney, or DA] with words to the affect”this authorizes you to arrest -———— or take ———— into custody”

Correct! He probably did not know himself. All he probably knew was that he was told go to-——— and bring ——— back.
