Bracken believes that the “communist insurrectionists” will station snipers to take out patriots who are provoked into defending themselves. He said pay attention to identifying clothing these snipers can use to differentiate between their provocateurs and patriots.
These clothing differences should be a tell tale indicators,. Patriots will need to station some counter-snipers of their own.
