...one would think you would have learned a lesson...

The only thing I've learned is that a great number of FReepers are completely ignorant on the issue and they keep using the wrong evidence to support their claims.

You use a 14th Amendment position to try to support your views when such a proposition goes against the intent of the Amendment.
The 14th Amendment was a one time fix pertaining to freed slaves. No amount of dissembling can change that. The debates in the Congressional Records is the evidence of that.

Now, unless you believe she is a freed slave you need to rethink your argument.

The only thing I've learned...

Allow me to amend my statement.

I've also learned the protagonists of the natural born citizen issue completely ignore the effects of USC 8 legislation.
Now the argument is almost completely a 14th Amendment argument which fails in even the best attempts.

Falling under USC 8 legislation is avoided at all costs.

Yes, she is a citizen via USC 8, but she is not a natural born citizen by any stretch of the imagination.

Oh, wait...some people are asking their fellow citizens to do just that...stretch their imaginations and accept something as constitutional when it is unconstitutional.
