How does Grassley- Pompeo sound to you?

If the congressional elections are also invalid then come January 2nd the Senate Majority leader is Chuck Schumer, and he'll be the one deciding President Pro Temp of the Senate is. I suspect it won't be Grassley.

I dont think so.
If federal elections are contested, that includes Senate re runs too.

Grassley is in place and is not up for reelection. Check out the duties of the office of Senate Pres Pro Tempore.

If federal balloting is not certified in CA, then Pelosi is not reelected.
She is out of office on 3 January.

Not sure what happens if some states certify their results but not all do...whether just part of the country can decide the election.

If a US Pres and VP have not been certifiably elected by 6 January, and if Pelosi is not certified as reelected...the line of succession is Grassley and Pompeo. The US by law must have a President by that date.

So let the dems try mayhem and chaos. It may not work the way they think it will. Meanwhile lets hope the California GOP is learning vote harvesting.
