It’s worse than that.
Its this: Born in a U.S. state regardless of parentage (Kamala H., Barack O., Bobby J., Nikki H., Marco R., Anwar al A., Chester A. (1800’s), Charles Evan H. (1900’s)), OR born overseas or in a non-state U.S. territory to at least one U.S. citizen (John M., Ted/Rafael C., Winston C., Barry G., George R.).
We are supposed to believe that by Natural Born Citizen, the framers of the U.S. Constitution meant: every human being other than those born overseas to alien parents.
“We are supposed to believe that by Natural Born Citizen, the framers of the U.S. Constitution meant: every human being other than those born overseas to alien parents.”
Which is ludicrous right? Yet we have many, right here of FR, that are making exactly that case.
I have yet to have any of them, make a case as to why natural born citizen was invoked, if citizen at birth was the same.
We’d need a constitutional amendment to fix this, but it’ll never happen.
