Dude, NATURAL BORN do not have to be NATURALIZED. SO your first doesn’t precede the second.
You don’t need a written law to confirm a NATURAL right.
Unquestionable allegiance at birth, in and of itself, gives you Natural Born citizenship.

Don’t mix the two up in the same sentence. That’s just lefty games.

Leave the discussion to those paying attention.

So you then agree with the reverse - If a person, because of the conditions of their birth DOES NOT NEED TO BE NATURALIZED, they are defacto, natural born citizens.

Neither of her parents were citizens of US. Both had student visas.
