This new allocation of discretionary funds expands the HIDTA Overdose Response Strategy (ORS)—a public health-public safety partnership designed to reduce overdoses and save lives—to all 50 states.

Some FReepers say those who overdose should be allowed to die; apparently our President sees it differently.

Well, what’s another waste of money, eh?

Gotta keep those junkies alive so they keep buying, and gotta assure newbies that they’ll be revived if they OD so they will start buying.

I am so sorry for the families and parents of these junkies but sometimes the savage truth is the best policy.
