KODAK pharmaceutical deal is in jeopardy as federal loan is on hold pending investigation in to allegations of insider trading:

Kodak stock is down 30% today so if you believe this will get cleared up and they’ll be able to proceed, it’s a buying opportunity. But if it turns out that greedy bastards ruined what seemed like a fine idea, that would be a shame.
