California Governor Gavin Newsom said that California can not afford to pay its debts and demands that the rest of the nations (specifically red states) pay its debt, along with the debt of other blue states, as a motivation to end chaos in the blue states’ streets.

This would be in the same vein as the demand of the teachers’ union in California.

Dems and socialist can never let a crisis (created or otherwise) go to waste, and always demand an expansion of their power.
