How very appropriate would Gettysburg be for Trump's acceptance speech.

We are involved in a battle against Socialist agents for the survival of our republic.

After a salute for those who are buried at Gettysburg for their efforts to end slavery and preserve our republic, he could end his acceptance speech with the famous quote from Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address:

“we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
