Lots of dead weight in the “Big” 10: Indiana, Purdue, Rutgers, Northwestern, Nebraska. Minnesota and Iowa most years, too. Michigan going through a rough patch now and barely beat Navy last year... Only traditional powers are OSU and PSU. No comparison to SEC. Sorry.
