After reading that Autopsy report I don’t think that Police Officer could be proved guilty of Murder or Manslaughter.There is No indication of physical damage to Floyds body to prove otherwise.

There is evidence that he had been abusing hard drugs,Fentynal and others.Listed is the Autopsy report/

That officer had best get a good attorney and request a trial in a different jurisdiction.

Though he may not be guilty of Murder of Manslaughter having his knee on Floyds neck didn’t help him at all.

These Police agencies have to improve and increase their training and the cities should pay for it.

From the opinions I’ve read, the best thing for Floyd was for him to keep still, and that’s what the officer was doing. There couldn’t have been a lot of pressure on his neck as that would have left an injury. It might have been better medically if he’d been in a sitting position, but that would surely have enabled him to resist.
