I expect some people just over the limit are going to be asking for a pay cut for the next few months or working 35-39 hour weeks.

$4000 pay = $0 in SS tax.
$4000.01 pay = $248 in SS tax.

I don't know if this is after medical insurance withholding, which I don't have to pay SS taxes on.
