Re Rice’s intelligence:
How could she baldly lie about Benghazi and expect it to be accepted?
How intelligent was her CYA “by the book” memo, which called attention to the Obama plan to go after Trump?
Neither of those things was mandatory.

You sure can’t tell by her actions or appearance which makes her all the more dangerous.
