Unsurprising. The left/deep state have concluded that President Trump will win the election, and they now believe they must resort to assassination, and our intelligence agencies have caught wind of the preliminary planning.
President Trump is in existential danger, and our enemies feel they have no other choice but to move forward with their plan as the fallout may now be deemed to be less of a risk overall than having him win the election.

This is the most extraordinary comment I have ever heard from a president. It reminded me of MLK's "I may not get there with you" comment. Trump definitely has something weighing heavily on his mind.
