I’ll let you in on a secret.
When I’m in Korea I of course stand for the Korean national anthem. Even in Mainland China I stand for the Chinese national anthem. It’s of course to show respect for the country I am in. And no other country would allow this kind of behavior towards its national flag.

As a young bride I remember standing for the anthem at all military base movie theaters. It was never a problem. I also remember having to wear a dress to shop in the base commissary. All that was done away with, now look at how people dress for church.. we have come a long way, in the wrong direction I’m thinking.

I live across the street from a small Catholic church. Some of the dresses worn by young women going to mass look like streewalker attire.
