I was watching a video of a good samaritan getting involved in a small fight between two young guys. The Good Samaritan was shot and killed.
The instructor was saying how important it is to understand the cultural norms of various groups. A fist fight among 2 Hispanic guys 20 years old is pretty typical regarding “respect”. If you are really concerned call 9-1-1 and observe from a distance.
Same goes from loud talking black girls (and men imho). Don’t let it get you all riled up. Trouble is, it seems that when a white person doesn’t let the loud talking get to them, the black girls take it up a level to try to get a reaction. (Thinking of that gal that pulled her gun when the lady stepped behind her car and hit the car with her hands as they were trying to back out and leave.)

Btw, once again, here we are lumping all black females into single group. I taught at an urban, all-black Catholic high school. We had kids from many demographics, but mostly underprivileged. Not once did I ever encounter this behavior — Why? Bc, it is inappropriate, and our school didn’t put up with it. Simple.
Most importantly, since that behavioral choice was removed, the norms shifted to self- and mutual-respect. I can’t think of a single kid, male or female, that I taught over 10 years who would act this way. I am certain, though, that some of them would, or did/do, in other social environs, just not at our school. I am equally certain that most or nearly all of them to this day do not act this way.
That said, I know this goes on constantly in the public schools, which is pathetic. But not at the charter schools, which can kick kids out. Aside from teachers unions, the worst damage to our urban schools is the prohibition on expulsion. (Which is ridiculous considering that a high percentage of kids self-expel through 9-12th grades).
Aside from being old news, this “paper” is just more rationalization for the absence of individual responsibility in these crime-ridden enclaves and those others they influence.

Yep. Don’t react. Don’t look. Don’t complain. Confirm that their behavior is acceptable. Confirm that white people fear you.
