Of course, Q contradicts this, and I'm betting on Q versus the profoundly ignorant (according to her own testimony) Yates.
So I'm guessing Yates did not sign off on the Cruz FISA. That may have started back in 2015 when he was still a threat, and perhaps the threat originally most feared by the RATS.
