That right there explains why the criminal justice system in this country is a travesty. This criminal should be tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and publicly hanged within a matter of days.
Oh I agree absolutely. The fact he wouldn’t assist in getting his children out of the water says it all. Complete monster of a man. I’d want him hanged for that alone..
