I am not a particular fan of Ellen, but in this day and age, any number of the “allegations” could be from micro-aggressions, or imagined slights. Based on what we have seen of the media and libs for the past 3+ years, they can go after and “get” anyone they want to ruin, for any reason.

True but at this particular time and place , an internal coup against a “Progressive Icon” like Ellen would have to be engineered by some far-right American Values kind of group, which is unlikely to say the least. So her value as that kind of icon would “trump” any claim of workplace toxicity-—unless the details are SO sordid and involve vengeance, cancel culture moves of her own against staff, I don’t see how she will fall.

Completely agree. However, Ellen is herself guilty of fostering this trend, so it's just delicious to see her get burned by it.
