Lithium has other uses. Evidently it is necessary in small amounts for certain B vitamins to be absorbed by the body. My doctor put me on a very low dose when supplementing didn’t get rid of a B12 deficiency.

Drink Crazy Water and you won't need the lithium dose. Plus you'll get other minerals as well!
