CNN is also trying to get people to believe that he settled for $25K to go away and that it was a nuisance suit. I’m sure when the layoffs at these places start because they’re really getting hit in the pocket they’ll still be saying that they settled for only $25K
Sure Lin Wood settled and got 33^ or 8k for his trouble. He makes 8k in one day.
They deserve whatever it costs them.
The are totally valueless, and totally evil.
And they are powerful.
You can serve a good master or a evil master. Not both.
The love of money is the root of all evil. Evil is what coordinates those who have no faith, values or principles.
“CNN is also trying to get people to believe that he settled for $25K to go away and that it was a nuisance suit.”
I’m the most frugal human being I know, and I try to teach my kids responsibility and temperance in handling money, but if I was Nick Sandman’s dad, and if in fact they settled a $250 million dollar lawsuit for something in 7 figures or 8 figures, I’d ask my son “How’d you like to have a Maserati GranTurismo as your driving-to-school car?” - and I’d be sure to send a picture of him with it to those jagoffs at CNN.
Yes, and Brian Stelter just cost them more with this retweet:
CNN wasn't supposed to say anything about the terms of the agreement. Stelter retweeting this, whether it's true or not, is clearly making a commentary on the terms. He should probably be fired within the next couple of days. Normally, an employee that makes that kind of unforced error loses his job. There's a possiblity CNN thought they could sneak it into the narrative without claiming ownership by making it a retweet, but it's pretty stupid to do it through an employee rather than just having some of their twitter bots get it to trend.
