Dr Emmanuel is from Nigeria and has prescribed HCQ many times for Malaria patients in that country.
I forgot...saw on FR earlier that Dr Emmanuel is daring Dr Fauci to prove that he is not taking HCQ himself as a preventative!!! Funny
