Plenty of Freepers including me have been predicting this for months.
President Trump himself predicted that as the elections got closer, Twitter will get more crazy.
The DOJ is already preparing to take action against Twitter, but in the meantime, Trump needs to join Parler.
Twitter’s sales were already down over 20% last quarter. And profits have collapsed. They are not in a very strong financial situation.
If Trump takes away millions his followers to Parler, it will definitely hurt Twitter.

If that happens, Twitter will be on shaky ground, much like the Postal Service if they no longer had junk mail to keep them afloat.

For sure. As Twitter censors any viewpoint other than the SJWs, it will quickly collapse in on itself and eventually wink out off existence.
