Watched an ad for MMM yesterday. They said the goal of their company was to provide a more just company. The accompanying video showed a black guy in a lab coat working in a lab so I guess the message was regardless of what you know or where you have had proved success in the past, the pigment of your skin is what makes working there just??

After 40+ years of racial and gender preferences, our companies are not just?? How is that?? Could it be that was all a ruse and now we are going to see the real thing??

I just cannot fathom these messages I keep getting for corporate amerika.
