Companies have used this shutdown to move jobs offshore to India. Vanguard Capital was the latest. Kiss another 18,000 decent jobs goodbye to be replaced by brutal low-paying McJobs. This follows Uber, IBM, Indeed, LinkedIn, Amazon, AT&T, and Boeing. Firing Americans, retaining foreign workers (they all claim it’s unfair to send them back to India)

Yep. I’d like to see a huge smackdown of any corp that offshores jobs. Tariff the hell out of offshore services. Add some additional taxes to those that still don’t get the message.
