Shrinks are the problem, not the ADA.
The ADA has told employers that they will —not— make life h3ll for the disabled person.
And that they —will— accommodate the disability, and make it possible for the employee to work.
Example: captioning for hearing disabled folks, so they can participate in meetings (especially during the work-from-home times we are in)
