I’m outside the city. I think they’re almost all H1-B people.
I assume they are all Indian citizens. They wear traditional Indian clothing.
When I walk by I’ll say hello, and they won’t even look at me.
Anyway, I take each individual into consideration. I’m just speaking of my general opinion.
Our experience has been the opposite. My bet is the proximity to the city accounts for a lot. FWIW. :-)
