From pictures and videos that I’ve seen of Ottawa, it looks absolutely beautiful.
Vice versa: You probably have no interest in coming to Alabama but, if you ever make it here, you are more than welcome to stay at my home. We can go to the Alabama Gulf Coast and chill out. IMO, the beach is heaven on earth. And the ocean breeze helps with the Alabama humidity, which can feel like Dante’s Seventh Level of Hell:)

Yesterday, a cherished building that was part of my Alma Mater (High School) was destroyed by fire. I know it sounds an extremely petty thing to be sad about, but the building was the heart of our school and held many cherished memories for us. It was built in the 30’s and was very beautiful.
But, considering that our original High School burned down when I was a toddler, ourElementary School was damaged by fire ( once during school hours, that was interesting) and our High School gym was damaged by fire, another school fire shouldn’t have been shocking. We’re cursed, lol.
Of course, that’s not the only thing wrong; I guess you could say that was the last straw. Again, I know it sounds silly.

This ridiculous virus is ruining people’s lives, their businesses, their feeling of safety. I cannot stand the whole mask thing. My husband is a mask fanatic and is constantly telling me to put it back on. I usually have it hanging off of my left ear. :)
There is so much love and joy in the world. Take a moment and pray. I did, recently, and I asked God, “Why do we only have our brain capacity at about 20 percent?” And I was suddenly hit by a flash. Seriously.
What have we, as human beings, done with that 20%? Not much, except create wars, murders, violence, abuse to children and spouses (my cousin, a 6’ foot tall football player was abused by his diminutive wife; she actually stabbed him).
So I realized, that, if we can create all this mayhem with just 20%, what could we do to the universe if we had our full capacity? Probably destroy everything.
So, PLEASE take care and hug those close to you. You are a good person; I can tell. I have ESP. ;)
