I thought BLM wasn’t an “organization.”
So basically BLM is going to try to get a court to let Chicago secede from the United States.
This is a Communist uprising that should be completely squashed. Even FDR, the King of leftism, executed German spies who tried to sneak into the U.S. to create havoc.

The administration is being told/advised, to go by the constitution or go by the nov election polls.
